Bio: Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for working with perinatal and maternal mental health, including, but not limited to: pregnancy, pregnancy loss, adjustment to parenthood/parenting, family transitions, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
Clinical Appointments/Hospital Affiliation: Sarah provides individual, couples, and family therapy in a private practice setting. In addition to perinatal and maternal mental health, she has an interest in depression, anxiety, trauma, relational struggles, perfectionism, guilt, shame, and redefining expectations of oneself and others.
Description Practice Services: Sarah’s approach incorporates multiple disciplines, with particular focus on Client-Centered, Gestalt and an Interpersonal orientation. Additionally, she pulls relevant skills and tools from other areas, in order to cater to the needs of each individual, couple, or family she encounters.
