Forward Wellness Counseling: Pregnancy, Birth and New Parenting in the Time of COVID-19

Congruence Counseling: Mommy’s Time Out
Whether you’re a new mom or a seasoned veteran, join us for a little support and a lot of laughter while navigating COVID-19. This virtual group meets on Monday from 8-9 pm and RSVP is required. Cost is $10/participant and a device with a camera and microphone, as well as internet access are needed to participate. Baby Steps
This is a support group to assist new and expecting mothers dealing with the emotional transitions of pregnancy and motherhood. New and expecting mothers are invited to attend monthly meetings to learn information about postpartum depression and gain useful tools to help cope with mood disturbances associated with pregnancy and postpartum. Baby Steps is offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month in the evening at St. Clair Hospital. Please call (412) 942-5882 for additional information.
